    Our diabetes medication are dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and accordingly we do require a valid prescription for your medications and this will be the case for any pharmacy in either the USA or Canada. Prescriptions must be valid and written by a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. You will be required to email a copy of the prescription to us or upload it.

    No. Since we are located outside of the United States we are unable to transfer prescriptions from US pharmacies. However you can call your doctor's office and ask them to directly fax us a new prescription. If you prefer we can also contact your doctor's office and ask them to fax us a new prescription for you. Please note that doctor's offices can take up to 3-5 business days to respond to our requests for new prescriptions, so it may be quicker for you to contact them.

    Customers cannot purchase more than a 3-month supply of each of their medications through the Diabetic Online website and provided by our partner pharmacies. Purchasing the maximum allowed amount for medication will also be dependent on customer’s providing us with a valid prescription for the supply of that medication.

    It is possible for us to refill your medication if your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3-month supply and those refills come due.

    No, at this time we do not ship to Canada.

    No, the price you pay will not include sales taxes.

    We stand behind our products and service and ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases from Diabetic Online. In the event of concerns about your product you can call us within 30 days of receiving your package and explain why you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and why you may want to return. Returns are not guaranteed, but if there is a valid reason as to why we should take back products you purchased from us that will be considered.

    All credits are valid for 4 months, beginning from the date the credit is issued.

    We cannot co-pay with your Medicare program; however we can save you more money than Medicare.

    It is not possible for Americans to be reimbursed for medications purchased outside of the USA and this will apply to any purchased from Diabetic Online. If it were to be possible customers would need to speak with their private insurance carriers directly to determine if any such eligibility would be possible.

    Yes, in many cases it can be. It is not uncommon for drugs sold in retail US and Canadian pharmacies to not be made in the USA or Canada. Many generics that American and Canadian retail pharmacies sell may be sourced from India, the European Union, or other countries. Even for many brand name drugs, Having the manufacturer of the drug be an American or European company but the drug itself being manufactured outside of the USA or Europe is possible, and this can be true even for brand name diabetes medications.

    Do not worry though if the drug is manufactured outside of North America, as it will contain the exact same active ingredients, dosage, intended use, risks, safety and strength as a version of it that is produced in North America.

    We do not issue refunds, and if you are eligible you will receive a store credit instead.
