No one here is a nutritionist, and we do not know any dieticians either. Berries are best when it comes to fruits diabetics can eat and not risk fructose pushing their blood glucose over the top. Berries like blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries tend to be lower in sugar and carbs than other fruits, and if you are one of the many people who do well with more fiber in your diet then you will want to know that raspberries have the highest fiber content of all berries.
